J.W. Marriott LA LIVE
If you follow my Instagram you may remember I shared about my stay at the J.W. Marriot at LA LIVE! I did one of the things I teach about in my ebook Saving State of Mind; ” Be Nosey” and stumbled upon on a deal direct from the property that was BETTER than the Discount Travel Sites.
In and effort to find the BEST price when searching hotels I often contact the property directly to see if they can match or BEAT what the other sites are offering. Often times they can. This time however when I went to the Marriot Site Directly I saw the Price was already BETTER than the price i was trying to compare it to. But in Addition they were offering a Nightly Hotel Credit of $50 on the same room I was looking to book!
To say I was excited would be an understatement, as the main reason i needed a lower rate ti begin with is the fact that parking was approximately $50/night. So immediately in my head the $50 Nightly Credit Offset the cost of Parking and sweetened the deal for me!!!

There are some really NICE restaurants that are walkable as well as a Starbucks right out the door of the main common area and lobby.
What I have to say was the BEST thing about my experience was the customer service I received. It exceeded any expectation I may have had prior to my arrival. From the Bellhop to the Front Desk Manager each and ever person I encountered was pleasant, willing to help and made sure that had addressed any concern I may have had. I know that sounds a bit scripted- But, it is NOT! I have a Customer Service background so my overall opinion comes from know how to provide good service so i have a different position than the average person. That being said, they were AMAZING!
